LA CNM's Join Cedars Sinai

Three Los Angeles Chapter CNMs recently joined the Cedars Sinai Medical Center staff Carolee Dunivan, Denise Ellison and Lajean Forbes began orientation on January 24, 2005. Their role includes working with the residents in the triage of women during labor and delivery, and intrapartum management.  While the new positions do not include admitting privileges or deliveries, the experience has been rewarding and challenging for every one concerned.  As time goes on, we expect the role to continue to evolve.
